installation problem

I initially got it installed but anytime I exit the smartpls software, I had to download again before I could use. This continued more than three times and now error keeps popping up. This is my key "a222ca7be0115d1fb38b6ba9192c75e3e69c81292e477ae43aa6c3dbe7446a9f76d352a9d9f8165379013a364ee2ab4e ". Need help please

Hi,
Key SmartPLS can only used three times for installed. You already used more than three, so you Key now invalid. Solutions:
1. Contact administrator for re-install the Key
2. Register again for accept new key
3. Waiting until you key expired and now again.
