Minimum number of questionnaire items in one construct?

Is it ok to use a construct with only three questionnaire items?

The question items I will be adopting for one particular construct has only three question items. Is this ok for PLS-SEM analysis? Other constructs in my framework have more than three items.

Yes, OK no problem. But for stable estimate used many indicators (consistent at large).
