Reflective-Reflective construct

Post by Carmen Chu »

Hi expert,

I have 4 Reflective-Reflective constructs, should I use repeated indicators approach or two-way approach to test the second order constructs?

Thanks!

Hello,
If position 2nd construct is exogenous, used repeated indicators.

Dear Expert,

Thanks so much! But some of the constructs are not exogenous.

A->B
C->B
B->D

Does it mean for A and C will use repeated indicators, B and D will use two way approach?

Cheers,
Carmen

Hello,
Used combination repeated indicators and two-stage for all.

Thanks so much!

But to confirm my understanding, I will have to do a repeated indicator approach first, then save the latent variables scores for second order endogenous constructs ONLY or use the LVS for all constructs no matter they are endogenous or exogenous?

Thanks!!
