Error opening PLS Program

reinstall, newer version- Deleted old version installed new version with Windows installer- received the following message: An error has occurred, see log file....... Deleted again and tried to extract with WinZip. Same issue. Suggestions?

Follow previous message, I also reverted back to Java six, no improvement.

reboot of computer seems to have done the trick.

I try to (re)install smartPLS on my computer.

However, after smartpls run I have the message "An error has occured. see the log file C:/Program Files(x86)/SmartPLS2/Configuration/1365498808580.log"

I uninstalled and installed several times but no progress.

Any idea?

Hi,

Check Java program in drive computer. JRE 7 not compatibel, used JRE 6 update 29.
