Hi,
I just downloaded the smartpls zip file and install successfully. I can not find the smartpls.exe in the porgram file(C:). It seems that the *.splsm fille could not be opened directly. Is it correct that I can only open the smartpls program through running the smartpls.exe in the zip file.
Can I download the installer file and install smartpls using the same license key again?

Hello,
I tried to download the SmartPLS2 from the link provided in email, however I could not open the tool from the downloaded the zip file.
Could you please advice? The error as shown as attached.

You have to use the old version of java.
