How to incorporate control variables

Dear all,

I am trying to incorporate control variables such as demographic and socio-economic status .. etc in my model. The model is straight forward predictor variable with potential moderator and one construct as a response. The idea is to find the effect of the predictor taking into consideration and moderators effect by controlling to some variables such as age, size of the company ... etc
