Error! Password not accepted!

Hello,

since yesterday I can't work with SmartPLS, because SmartPLS wants to have a new password. If I fill in my key, which is still valid till 20.08.2012, the server doesn't accept it. I tried already the solution of Mr. Ball and Ireinstalled SmartPLS, but SmartPLS still doens't work. I would be very greatfull for help, because I need to finish my work for my studies.
