a have problem at activation code.
i am using proxy and i think the configure is right.
the warning error : an error occurred during the activation

Click my key => copy your license key => paste in the box license and click finish.

Hi radit, for activation your internet is connect => No tick mark my internet and my proxy.
You install Winzip or Installer SmartPLS?
I'm suggest you Uninstall program and Install again used installer SmartPLS (Install JRE 1.6) and copy your license key in box license and click finish.

Thank You Hengkov for some suggest
Now i succeed install with same file but with another connection [no proxy at register key]
my temporary conclusion this app has problem under proxy on my academy.

Have the same installation problem

Followed the above instruction (installation & pasting my key in box) and got the error message:
"An error occured during the Activation procedure!" uninstalled old copy and repeated the installation twice, no avail.
Internet and Proxy boxes are unchecked.
I'm trying to do this at work, so there is firewall issue and pop-up blocker, if they could be an issue.
Any suggestion?

Hallo Diana,
Please check your license key expired.
License key can used only 3x for install program SmartPLS.
You first instalation this program or more than 3x?

I never experienced a problem like this . The solution is at the time of activation, you must connect with internet.
