Problems running SmartPLS on new Windows 7 laptop

Hi,

My old laptop died this week, & I have just finished installing SmartPLS on my new Windows 7 laptop. I installed Java as required to complete the installation. However, when I start up SmartPLS, I am prompted to select a workspace. The default option (already filled in) is "C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartPLS2\workspace" However, if I select this option, I get an error message stating "Workspace in use, choose a different one." There is no other workspace to choose, & the error persists after rebooting my machine. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Hi

I have just switched to a Windows 7 64-bit Workstation and am getting the same problem "Workspace already in use" error. I have had to plug my old workstation back in to work around this. Are there any fixes?
