Cannot complete the purchase -- Any help via call?

Hello --

I am trying to complete the purchase process. But when I entered the credit card info, I keep getting an error message "too many attempts..." Then, I just found 2 identical emails of order confirmation. I was sooo confused!

I need to buy the licence no mater than this weekend (so, need to buy tomorrow). Is there any office number, etc. to call for immediate help?
