Issue with license renewing and smartpls-3.2.0_64bit.msi

Hello,

As my license expired, I wanted to either try the free 30-day trial or renew my license. Either way, I couldn't do it because smartPlS indicated the problem of getting/renewing a license. I tried a different computer and installed a free trial but the same problem occurred.

So I was thinking maybe deleting the downloaded software and reinstalling a new version might work. However, the app told me that it couldn't locate smartpls-3.2.0_64bit.msi, so I couldn't either delete the old version or install the new version. I searched the forum and found some suggestions on fixing Windows Installer, which I tried, but none of them solved the issue.
