Pls help me!
I try a lot of pc that I got the message
"the key wasn't accepted by the server!". Any suggestions how I can resolve this issue ?

the first two times the progg ask me of the key and now the progg dont accept it?

why?

I don't understand why the developers don't provide any suggestions to this common and annoying issue. Currently, Are they in holiday in Germany right now? I suffered the same.

I have the same problem, last week. However it's OK now.

Try this for solution:

1. Get a license key via Downloads | My Key - on the right top of the smartPls.de website, after login with user and password.

2. Copy the key and paste it into activation box.
Note: the key only available for not more than 3 computers

Is there any way to work around this? Since I work during the day and write my thesis at university, own a Mac (and can thus not install Smart PLS at home), I keep having this problem. Once I log off I have to re-install SmartPLS every time I need to use it so after a few times my Activation Key doesn't work anymore....

I think you'd better send the person in "contact" at upside of the forum an email, and tell them what happends to you. It may helps.
