Dear PLS-community,

do you have any suggestions which steps should be included when prestesting a questionaire for the later use in a PLS model.
Our questionaire includes formative as well as reflective construct measurements.

I also appreciate any advice on literature regarding the pretest phase.

Thank you very much,
Ingo
