Hi,
I am conducting a continuous moderation analysis and I'm interested if SmartPLS 2.0 automatically standardizes the variables if I choose the "standardize indicator values before multiplication" and if yes, how exactly is the data being standardized.
Thanks a lot in advance for a short answer, this would be much appreciated!

Re: Continuous moderation
You should not use SmartPLS 2 for moderation analysis. One problem with SmartPLS 2 is that it always standardized the interaction variable. That, however, should not be done as Henseler and Chin (2010) describe. SmartPLS 3 gives correct results.
