If you have a hypothesis that all effects of group A are larger/smaller than in group B, you can use one tailed test. If you don't have a specific hypothesis for the differences between your groups, use two tailed tests.

Hi,

Now, I am conducting permutation approach in smartpls 3 to assess whether the difference between subgroups is significant. Is there nice sources that I can use to report that permutation test is one of the preferable tests for multigroup analysis (my data is non-normal data)?
