Dear community,
I am currently calcualting a quite complex PLS model with smartPLS3 (13 direct paths in total) on a dataset with appr. 2000 observations. Everything goes well, until I try to export the bootstrapping results to excel: then it looks fine in the beginning but at same point I receive the error message "Internal Error: reason orgeclipsee4 java.lang.outofmemory...GC overhead limit exceeded". Has anyone had the same problem and can help me with a solution?
Also, when I exit smartPLS and enter it again, my model somehow disappers completely and I have to "draw" it again. The datset is there and the model looks also as if it were there, but the sheet with the model is completely blank.
I hope that you might be able to help me.
Thank you and best regards

Re: Technical issues exporting PLS results to xls
This question was answered in the forum before, I believe, and we have an info on the FAQ page:

It's the low default memory usage of Java (512 MB) which you must extend.
