You need to decide if you like to use one of the parametric tests or the non-parametric PLS-MGA routine. This paper may also give you some insights:

Please advise where to get the dataset to run the PLS MGA analysis as per the Youtube video?
Thank you.

Dear spiking,
Maybe this study can help your PLS procedure as an example.

Re: PLS-MGA with SmartPLS 3
I would usually not use the VAF as a criterion. It is outdated. It can only be used if you have complementary mediation (i.e., the indirect and direct effect have the same sign). However, there are also many reasonable scenarios where competitive mediation can occur (i.e., indirect and direct effect have different signs, as in your situation). In these cases, the VAF does not produce meaningful results.
Generally, I would recommend using Zhao et al.’s (2010) framework to assess mediating effects.
BTW: This is more a mediation than a multi-group topic. Please consider the correct forum discussion the next time.

Re: PLS-MGA with SmartPLS 3
Hello!
I am currently doing PLS-MGA and I would appreciate if you could explain the bootstrap settings for MGA. So far I have been using confidence interval method of 'Bias-corrected & Accelerated (BCa) Bootstrap' (i.e. for simple bootstrapping purposes). However, the official PLS-MGA demo suggests using 'Percentile Bootstrap'. Could you please explain the difference between these two confidence interval methods and whether BCa bootstrap can also be used in PLS-MGA?
Many thanks!

Dear All,
I am trying to run the MGA analysis on two different groups, however, I am getting an exception error at the bootstrap procedure once it reaches the analysis of the first group. Any idea about such error?

Either use the permutation test or the PLS-MGA. For the latter, you find some videos here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCW4GA7 ... sCgSDLuo1Q
Another solution is to run all tests. If all of them indicate the same significance, you may state that you conducted a multi-method significance testing - all with the same finding.
