How to deal mediator using by Qasi Simplex order/pattern

I am using a mediator, the definition is based on the continuum of four dimensions of the mediator. Previous studies used the construct. I need help how to deal with this problem in PLS modeling. Please note that, these are not simple dimension, it is continuum of dimensions with decreasing trend.
