Hi,
My moderator has a negative path coefficient, due to this reason, bootstrapping results are not appeared and showing na. What is the solution?
All other results are fine including reliabilities and validities. I have a reflective model and I am using PLSc with a 768 sample size.

Hi, I checked everything is fine and the software is working smoothly except for these results.
