MGA and models comparison

Hi everyone,
for my project, I analysed path coefficients in two different models (Ntot=243), and within each one of them, I investigated heterogeneity between two subgroups (N1=76; N2=167) through the PLS-MGA.
Now I would like to look for differences between the two models and their relative subgroups. Is the MGA still the right option? If so, is it feasible in SmartPLS?
I've tried to find the right answer reading literature and previous threads in the forum, but I'm still not sure about the analysis to conduct.
Can anyone give advice? I'd really appreciate it.
