I am getting the following error while doing Multi-group Analysis in SmartPLS3 for Gender. My sample size is 43. Where is the error other than the small sample size.

They depend on maximum number of predictors in each regression in the PLS model. However, if your variables contain only low variability (many values that are similar) you may have much more observations that predictors, but still not be able to invert.
