Effect Size of 1.000

Hello everyone,
I need your help and opinion regarding Cohen's effect size (f2). One of my constructs (which is a 2nd higher order reflective-formative model) showed an effect size of 1.000. Should I be worried? I've checked and ran through the data again in Smart PLS and it is showing the same effect size. There is also no collinearity issues in the model. I am not sure what to do or what went wrong. Would be really grateful to have some feedback regarding this matter.
