Dear all,
I am new to PLS and have a question on moderation. I've used the search function and couldn't find an answer to my question.
As an example I have created this simple model in PLS3. The moderator is dichotomous, IV and DV are scales.
The paths do show the coefficients and p-values.
Both the main and interaction effect are significant, but the moderating effect is not. What does that mean?
Also, in the SPSS Process tool I get very different results for moderation. How can that be?
Thank you very much in advance,
Albert

Re: Simple interpretation question on moderation
Good morning,
I would highly appreciate a short reply.
What does it mean if the interaction effect is significant but the moderator is not? Does it imply partial/full moderation?
Many thanks,
Alfred
