Compare Performance Index Values

Post by Maco90 »

Hi,

I have one sample with two subgroups and I would like to compare the LV Performances of these two subgroups and see whether there are significant differences.
Does anyone know whether this is possible with SmartPLS and if so, how?
When I do the multigroup analysis I can only find the calculations for the path coefficients but not for the LV Performances/Index Values.

Thanks a lot in advance for the help!

Best regards
Martin

You could do such an analysis, but not with the index value, but the standardized values. It is implemented in the permutation approach under the MICOM procedure, which tests whether there are significant mean differences between the two groups. You also need to establish the first and second step of MICOM showing at least partial measurement invariance to facilitate a meaningful analysis of the means.
