Forcing formative latent vbles to have positive weights

I want to force (constrain) all the indicators for a formative factor to have positive (or, perhaps better said, non-negative) weights.

Can I do this with SmartPLS ?

Hi,
it is not possible.

there are three suggestions, including principal components analyis with Varimax rotation to group some indicators before use them as formative indicators.
