hello,
this is my first time using pls, I'm doing a research about cost overrun in construction projects and studying some factors (i.e design changes, poor site management, etc) and their effects on project cost overrun, so i did a survey and entered the values in PLS to create a model, where the latent variables were the groups such as Human Resources which contain indicators such as labor productivity and so on, I connected them with the cost overrun but it remains in red color, and it asked me to add indicators to it, but i don't have any indicators regarding the cost overrun so what to do?

Re: model incomplete
Hi,
If you want to test the model, you should have indicators for the variable cost overrun. But, if you just want to establish HOC (high order constructs), then you just use indicators factors that exist as HOC, that's it.
Best regards,
