Hello,
I am currently writing my Master Thesis and using the student version of SmartPLS 3 for the evaluation of my data. As far as I understand, I can have up to 100 responses in the student version. My sample size is currently 44. However, when I upload the data, it keeps saying that my sample size is 10.
I switched to the 30 day test licence for the professional version but the problem stays the same. Is there a possibility to change the setting? What else can I do?
The file attached is supposed to clarify my problem.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Setting for the sample size
If you run your model and look at the Data results: how many rows are shown? Only 10 or more than 10?
I'm wondering if there is only a small problem with the sample size calculation in your case or if your data file has some problems. Maybe there are inconsistentcies of the last rows that are the cause of this problem.

Re: Setting for the sample size
There is a minor bug in version 3.2.1 of SmartPLS that will cause this problem if the first column in a data file contains only text but no numeric values.
Will be fixed with release 3.2.2 soon.
Workaround: Remove that column or move it to last position in the CSV file.
