while running Smart PLS there is table of Heterotrait-monotrait (HTMT) ratio , Does any one have idea how I should analyse or describe the result ?
I mean is their any cut-off point or criteria?

Hi,
there is a paper in JAMS about this new criterion. You will find Information about cutsoffs and its usage there:
Henseler, J., Sarstedt, M., Ringle, C. M. 2014 "A New Criterion for Assessing Discriminant Validity in Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling".

Re: Heterotrait-monotrait (HTMT) ratio of Correlations
Hi,
HTMT is one of the types of correlations in MTMM. Henseler et al. (2014) developed this ratio because MTMM correlation is suitable for divergent/discriminant validity. I am not surprised by this index since I've read it a few years ago in a book Nunnally and Bernstein (1994): Psychometric Theory. HTMT interpretation same way as Fornell-Lacker, refer to the diagonal line. Please read the article by Becker mentioned above.
