Experimental Data and PLS

Hi,

Is it wise to employ PLS for experimental data.

I used post-tests contrl design. Generally It is ANOVA which is suggested, but was wondering about PLS...

Will be grateful if someone can exaplin the difference between the two. To me both are regression based

Hi,

PLS cannot. Used ANOVA, ANCOCA or MANOVA, MANCOVA is appropriate. If you have complex model, used TETRAD ANALYSIS.
