Error regarding number of cases/observation

I am currently working on a project in which I want to use PLS regression for analyzing my data. I have 13 indicators with 10 data points each added to one latent variable and 1 indicator with 10 data points added to the second latent variable. On calculating the PLS algorithm I am getting the following error - 'Sample size too small. There must be at least 14 cases/observations'. Can anyone help with this issue. I would like to know how many data points I need to avoid this error.
