Contradictory Result of Spearmans Correlation and Smart PLS

Spearmans Correlation result is showing non-significent association among the constructs. But,Smart PLS result is showing that all the relationships are significient.

I am bit confused about the result. Which one I should accept?

Do I need a correlation analysis when I am doing the Smart PLS Analysis?

Any help and answer of the query will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I dont know, why your compare Spearman correlation and SmartPLS. But for simple answer, do you think correlation and PLS have same purposes?
Correlation can handle many variables, or only two?
Spearman correlation required level measurement ordinal or interval?
