formative measurements convergent validity

Hi everyone
I am confused about what I can do for assessing the convergent validity of formative measures when it is not possible to do a Redundancy Analysis.
actually I collected data (by sending questionnaires) a few months ago and I do not have access to my respondents to get more data for a Redundancy Analysis.
I checked a lot of papers that have assessed formative constructs and I saw that some of them did not assess convergent validity.
1-Is there any other way to assess convergent validity of formative constructs?
2-Is it acceptable to ignore this type of validity for formative constructs?
3-If your answer to second question is yes, should I check another type of validity instead? (I mean, now I am struggling with checking the collinearity and relevance and significance of indicators, is it enough?)
thank you in advance
