Greetings.
Right now, I am going through the new book 'Advanced Issues in PLS-SEM'. On page 56, I am facing an issue.
Over there, it has been mentioned that ' When using a reflective-reflective HCM, COMP and LIKE have a correlation of 0.631 ....... At the same time, when assuming a reflective-formative HCM, the correlation between COMP and LIKE is 0.633.'
Could anyone please help me about how these correlation values have been deduced? Do these values have to be manually computed or they are readiliy avaliable on the ouput after running the pls algortim ?
I would be very grateful if I get clarification in this regard.
Thanks in advance.
