Importing projects
How do I import my ready Path diagrams created using SmartPLS version 2 into the newly downloaded SmartPLS version 3 ?

You can either just use the same workspace as before or export the projects in SmartPLS 2 and import them in SmartPLS3.
If you use the workspace, you may want to make a copy before using the workspace in SmartPLS 3, because projects saved in SmartPLS 3 cannot be opened again in SmartPLS 2.

when i open smartpls 3, type import from back up file, but i could not find my smartpls 2 project in the back up file. Is there a prior step to take before importing the smartpls 2 project?
