URGENT: Error with calculation -- not negative

So sorry for the urgent post. I'm really hoping for some quick help, and I'm willing to send treats. :)
I have an error in my model. I'm expecting a negative path, and it's positive. I have checked the indicator data (correlations), and they are all positive. However, when I run the same correlations in SPSS, they are (almost) all negative. Why is PLS removing all negatives? Does anyone know how to solve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have even limited my model to the four key constructs (three constructs pointing to the one DV), one IV has 3 items, one IV has5 items, one IV has 6 items; the DV has 6 items. I have 4,878 records.
