I am not able to successfully download the Windows version--either the zipped file or the installer. The download stops prior to the download being complete. This happens with each of several attempts, though with different amounts of the files being downloaded.
I do not believe the problem is on my end; do you have any suggestions?

Perhaps it was the firewall on my home network, or perhaps it was whatever settings change you mention in your reply but I was just able to successfully download the file from my office.
