Smart PLS freezes in relation to higher order constructs

I do higher order constructs in Smart PLS, - only second order so it is not that complex. There are 19 indicators in the higher order construct.

I run it, and analyze the results. I decide I want to remove some of the indicators. So I point on one, - highlight it, press delete on my computer and...

..and...

...Smart PLS starts running...and running...and after 10-15 minutes I give up and press ctrl+alt+delete..

Whats happening? Does anyone know a workaround?
