Re: How to test moderation of multi-answer categorical varia
Use the available approaches for indicators of categories such as OPLSc, Quantile etc.

I think you have to run PLS-MGA, not moderation.

Re: copy and paste from excel report
You just need to open the results of the analysis SmartPLS (excel file) and copy and paste the desired LVS name to another file.

Re: One Tailed or Two Tailed MGA
Keep using two-tailed test. You only need to see the results of PLS-MGA on the approach used.

Re: best approach for formative-formative 2nd orders
For Type IV 2nd order, Two-Stage approach is better. Because if you use other approaches, collinearity problems will arise. And will also affect the value of statistics such as R ^ 2 and so on.

Re: Rmsea
For now, SmartPLS already provides a better measure GoF (like SRMR, NFI, Chi Square etc). Please use the latest version SmartPLS. GSCA is Generalized Structured Component Analysis, component-based approach in addition to PLS.

R2 and adjusted R ^ 2 is not interpreted as significant or not, but it was more to explain the variance of the dependent variable.

Re: latent variable scores usage in second order constructs
Two-step approach with latent variable score is the last option. Why do not you use another approach such as repeated, hybrid and new approaches?

Re: SRMR for second order construct measurement model
If the goal you want to test the theory with the data, then you are using SRMR on both. But, if your goal is just to predictions, it is only on the structural model. Keep in mind, if only rely on SRMR was not accurate, in the latest version SmartPLS, has provided some measure of fit another. And als...

Re: Indirect effect (for a non-significant relationship)
Q1: Yes, if you examine the direct effect first.
Q2: Many approaches are available today, but in the PLS you can use the bootstrap CI.
Q3: I think the total effect is not in accordance with your studies.
