Hi
Just search the forum on this issue. SmartPLS does not run on MAC but some users suggested a work around.

Hi
You probably use unstandardized data, which you should not use – we commented on this issue elsewhere in this forum. Use standardized data when starting the PLS algorithm (see algorithm settings).

Do not uses SmartPLS with unstandardized data --> http://forum.smartpls.com/viewtopic.php?p=6129 The unstandardized LV scores for of the index values results are used for impact-performance matrix analysis (PLS-IPMA). You must ensure that all outer weights are positive. Otherwise, your LV scores fal...

Hi

This is not a matter of software but a constraint to the algorithm.

A two-level constructs is the conterpart in PLS-SEM.

Check Diamantopoulos and Winklhofer (2001) for additinal insights on wo-level constructs.

Hey all, I have a question about the Q2 (redundancy)! I did the Blindfolding procedure and I want to analyse 1 construct (here KUZ, it is reflektive) and marked it . Then I see the output under "Construct cross-validated Redundancy" under Total, but where do I have to look exactly, tp fin...

Hi, you are completely right. There is something odd indeed. We left the communality and redundancy measure in the current release (Results Report ---> Overview) by mistake (just some experimental stuff we did) and did not really evaluate the computations. The communality is okay and equals the AVE ...

I tried to install the PLS software on my laptop with old key but it didn't work.
The activation key you had used, has exceeded the limit of 3 allowed software activations.

Re: Activation Key

Hi, i just sent you another key by email. Why my key is blocked? May be because I have used it several times. I download the software each time I used it because I was using the computer in computer labs on campus where I have to download it each time I work. The activation process of SmartPLS assum...
