PLS-POS
Hi everyone, Currently, I am conducting a test of PLS-POS to see if there is heterogeneity in my research sample, I have read Becker et al.'s (2013) study, and they suggested three stage to identify the heterogeneity in a research sample. The problem is that I do not really understand how to practic...

Re: PLS-MGA with SmartPLS 3
Hi, To make multigroup analysis (ex, gender ), double click on your date --> Generate date group --> group column 0 (select gender) then OK. After identifying the grouping variable, now go to your model, calculate function --> multi group analysis (MGA) --> Group A (select gender_1) and Group B (sel...

Re: Hair et al.'s (2014) book
Hi, thank you for you answer
Professor I would like to ask you about your book "A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) (2014)".
Does it explain step by step all of the applications in smartpls?
If it does, I should buy it
Thank you

Re: FIMIX-PLS
Yes, that is right Professor the sample size of segment 1 (n=374) and segment 2 (n= 69),
Is it ok to test FIMIX-PLS with small sample size? and what is the most important criterion in FIMIX-PLS should I check to know if there is Heterogeneity in the reseach sample?
Greetings

FIMIX-PLS
Hi everyone, After I run FIMIX-PLS in smartpls 3, I get unstanderdize path cefficients for segment 1 and 2, for segment 1 is ok all path coefficient < 1, but segment two includs path coefficients > 1, for example path coefficient between trust and loyalty is equal to 1.732, and between satisfaction ...

Hi everyone, Please, I need your help I have a model includs 2 independent variables (A and B) and a dependent variable (C); and three continuouis moderator variables (VS, RP and CI). A ---->B ----> C A -----------> C B*VS ----> C B*RP ----> C B*CI ----> C I want to make a multigroup analysis by gen...

Re: Confidence interval (bias corrected)
Thank you Dr. Jan-Michael Becker for the respond I think that there is a problem (for me) of how to evaluate the parameters; According to Sarstedt et al. (2011), we should check if the path coefficient of the first group falls in the corresponding interval (lower and upper) of the second group, for ...

Confidence interval (bias corrected)
Hi everyone, I would like to make a multigroup analysis between lower and higher income groups, I got the following results for the relationship between satisfaction and trust Group 1: Confidence interval (bias corrected) [Lower= 0.522; Upper= 0.693]; Path coefficient= 0.599 Group 2: Confidence inte...

Re: Multi-group comparision
Great idea Dr. Jan-Michael Becker, thank you, this will help a lot. My supervisor has asked me to interpret the results of multi-group analysis by using graphs He asked me for example to combine gender (female and male) and occupation (unemployed and employed) in a single graph to better understand ...

Re: Multi-group comparision
Thank you Dr. Jan-Michael Becker Your suggestion was a good one thank you, I am going to combine group 2 and 3 and compare it against group 1. That is fine with soft drinks, but On the other hand, I have the opposite with minera water, group 1 starts with a small sample size (n=54) comparing to grou...
