PLS Regression in Structural Model
In the very last step of PLS Path Modeling, (multiple) regressions are done, in which the latent variable scores serve as dependent/independent variables. For several purposes (e.g., to overcome multicollinearity), it might come in handy to do a PLS regression (see e.g. Tenenhaus 1998) instead of us...

Shortcuts
I am missing short cuts.
E.g., in your previous version you offered short cuts like Ctrl+J or Ctrl+L for item alignment.

Renaming Latent Variables
I want to rename some latent variables, but in 9 von 10 cases, it is not possible to change the name via double-click (I double-click on the LV, and nothing happens). I have not found any other possibility of changing the name (neither in the menu nor in the context menu [right click]. What can I do?

Example: Service Quality
Let's look for example at a construct like service quality. If you regard service quality as a formed attribute like Rossiter (2002, p. 314) does, you might want to create a second-order formative index. Multicollinearity may arise from a halo effect, e.g. the overall satisfaction with the service. ...

Creating Formative Indices with PLS Path Modeling
Have you ever tried to create a second-order formative index? Right now, I am trying to do so for a construct "level of sports sponsorship". However, I am facing several problems: * I do not know which inner weighting scheme is most adequate (in this case, there are significant differences...

Moderating and Mediating Effects in PLS Path Models
I guess you mean a moderating effect (because you mention that you cannot draw it). Please make sure what kind of effect you are talking about (read for example Baron/Kenny 1986). If you are refering to a mediating effect, then I do not see the problem of drawing the right arrows. However, if you ar...

Adjusted R square
Especially for models with many exogenous variables and few observations it would be nice to get the adjusted R square in addition to the standard R square.
Currently, I have to calculate it manually.

Access to the "my programs" archive
By experimenting, I found out that the problem was something else: SmartPLS2 seems to require access to its program folder. I don't have (writing) access to it due to institutional IT policy. When installing SmartPLS2 in a folder I have writing access to, there haven't been any more problems with da...

Cronbach's Alpha
I nice feature would be the calculation of Cronbach's alpha.
Additionally, I am interested in how much Cronbach's alpha is used in PLS path modelling. Please take part in the poll.

Importing Data
SmartPLS2 shows an error message when I want to import a ".csv" file.
In this file, the values are delimited by semicolons. Commas are used as a decimal sign.

PLS Regression in Structural Model
What about PLS Regression in the structural model?
It is one possible solution when facing multicollinearity between exogenous latent variables.
Please participate in the poll.
