Hi Suzilawati, Have you check your indicator data ?. If there is an error on indicator data, you are not able to model it. Is it possible to use on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) model with moderators such as gender, age etc.

I'd like to use the UTAUT model which includes some moderating effects/factors. Does anybody know how to visualize and interpret the model in PLS?
