isn't bootstrapping: picking samples randomly? so your results vary depending on your significance level.

@all problems with: "Column XX (in my case 21, 25 and 57) has less or more lines than column 0" The problem is probably that you named your variables in the first row all the same (or in your case 4x the same). variablenames have to be unique!! just rename them and everything should be fin...
