Yes, I found a solution.
To compute the statistical significance of the LV correlations, you should copy and paste the PLS "Standardized Latent Variables Scores" to a software like SPSS and compute the pearson correlation coefficients.
Hope it helps

Re: unclear reviewer's comment on construct validity
Dear Jan-Michael,
thank you very much for your nice suggestion, you are perfectly right, reporting the decriptive statistics based on average scores is definitely misleading.
Best wishes

Re: unclear reviewer's comment on construct validity
Dear Christian, thank you so much for your exhaustive and useful reply, it helps a lot! If I do not bother you too much, I would like to share with you another doubt concerning another comment from the same reviewer. With reference to the table in which I report the LV correlations and the Square Ro...

unclear reviewer's comment on construct validity
Hello. I have problems in understanding a reviewer's comment on the tests I employed to check the validity of my measures. The reviewer says: " I am not completely satisfied about the dual validity check presented in the paper (using both SPSS and PLS). My advice is to rely on PLS only ". ...

unclear reviewer's comment on latent variable correlations
Hello, I have a big problem in understanding a reviewer's comment. With reference to the Table with the Inter-Construct Correlations and Square Root of AVE statistics (which I report as a test of discriminant validity), the reviewer says " the correlations in Table 5 are not flagged with statis...

unclear reviewer's comment on cross-loadings vs correlations
Hello. I have a big problem in understanding a reviewer's comment. The reviewer says: "One particular concern, often overlooked in PLS papers, is the lack of explicit convergence between the outcomes of the factor-analysis and the final model . Clearly, and by definition, the cross-loadings in ...

how does PLS test the influence of each IV in a model?
Hello. I have a doubt problem in understanding a reviewer's comment concerning my PLS analyses. I have a model with 3 independent variables (three motivations), some controls and one dependent variable (the adoption of one policy). The reviewer says: "Considering the fact that you have examined...

p-values for t-statistics: how to compute them?
Hello. I have a problem with calculating the p-values for the t-statistics of my path-coefficients. I know I should refer to the tabled t-distribution, but what about the degrees of freedom? Shouldn't I know how many degrees of freedom I have in order to compute the critical values for the t-distrib...
