Have the same installation problem
Followed the above instruction (installation & pasting my key in box) and got the error message: "An error occured during the Activation procedure!" uninstalled old copy and repeated the installation twice, no avail. Internet and Proxy boxes are unchecked. I'm trying to do this at work...
