Second Order LV - Repeated Indicators+Two Stage Approach

Hai I have two second order LVs - a reflective-formative and a reflective-reflective. I understand that a repeated indicator approach would work for the latter but that a mixture of the repeated indicator and 2-stage approaches is appropriate for the reflective-formative one. In this case, I calcula...

Thanks Murad. I believe my single indicator LVs do have a strong theoretical basis. Will argue along the same lines. :)

Single Indicator Reflective/Formative LV

Hai I have a question about LVs with single indicators. How do I establish validity of the same? Would it be based just on theory or is there any computational method of assessing its validity? Also, is there any difference between a single-indicator formative and single-indicator reflective LV when...

I think that will have to do. I have already read the LRP article. Moving on to Wetzels et al now. Hope that will answer my questions :) As for the book, given that it was so highly recommended, I have already ordered it. Would definitely be a keeper any which way! :) Thanks a ton. This forum has be...

Hai

Is the book available as an e-book so that I can buy it and use it immediately? All the stores here have to import it and are giving the delivery time as 1-3 weeks. I am in a bit of a hurry actually.

Thanks.

Thanks a lot! :) I will refer the papers. But getting hold of the books would be tricky.

Thanks again! :)

Sample size - Second Order & Validation

Hai I have two second-order LVs in my model - type 1 and type 4 respectively. How do I calculate the minimum sample size requirement for my model given that these second-order LVs are present? Apart from these two, I have a first order reflective and a first order formative LV. Further, the second-o...

Hai I had a doubt regarding the two-stage approach for moderation. I ran the PLS without the product terms and I used the latent variable scores (unstandardised) given in the report to calculate the product terms for my second stage. Is that right? If not, how do I get the right LV score that needs ...
