I need explanation about P Value.

1. Please explain whether it is permissible to accept the hypothesis with a sig P of 10%?
2. Maybe there is a theory that explains the use of P value in the field of economics ?

THANK U for this information...Now i can calculate P Value ...it's easier to accept or reject hypothesis without check T table...if P Value < .05 that's significant..
