Basically you should copy your saved files (PLS files) and your datasets files used.

Copy those files to your new notebook and you should be ok.

Wouldn't your indicator be the LV?

A first order LV with one indicator would be like a factor solution explaining only one variable.

So I would use only the indicator and not make it a LV.
