Re: t-values

This is not a bug. We report the absolute t-value as indicated by the "|" around the statistic. Researchers are usually only interested in the magnitude of the t-value for significance testing. The sign of the coefficient of interest gives you the sign of your effect.

Re: Konsistentes Bootstrapping - P & T-Werte 0,000

Thank you for sending your dataset. If you look into the results report you would see that there are n/a for all the results. That means they are "not available". In the modelling window this looks somehow strange in terms of p-values being 0 and t-values being also 0. You will find quite many dis...

Re: Getting N/A error while doing a consistent PLS Algorithm

Thank you for sending us your request. The problem is that you only have one construct in your model. Such a model is not estimable with PLS. The normal PLS algorithm needs at least two connected constructs for identification of the model. It seems to be a small bug in the latest release that the pa...

Based on the probabilities of membership.

Why don't you check the numerous articles with FIMIX-PLS applications and interpretations in www.smartpls.de --> announcements --> literature?

Hi That's how we implemented things using an auto function. If you would like to create moderating effects differently, manually create the interaction term, import the dataset with the additional indicators and run the analysis. Check these articles: Rigdon, E. E., Ringle, C. M., & Sarstedt, M. (20...

Hi
You probably use unstandardized data, which you should not use – we commented on this issue elsewhere in this forum. Use standardized data when starting the PLS algorithm (see algorithm settings).

Do not uses SmartPLS with unstandardized data --> http://forum.smartpls.com/viewtopic.php?p=6129 The unstandardized LV scores for of the index values results are used for impact-performance matrix analysis (PLS-IPMA). You must ensure that all outer weights are positive. Otherwise, your LV scores fal...

Hi

This is not a matter of software but a constraint to the algorithm.

A two-level constructs is the conterpart in PLS-SEM.

Check Diamantopoulos and Winklhofer (2001) for additinal insights on wo-level constructs.
