Error Message is actually helpful
If you run into this again, remember that the message is actually helpful. Where it says 'dataset 4 has 222 columns but only 221 indicators' it means that the 4th row of data is missing one value.

Finding Missing Values
Yes, this error means you have missing values. The error message indicates the rows from which the data is missing.
Ex: 4: The dataset 4 has 220 columns, but there are 222 indicators in total.
This means there are 2 missing values from the 4th row of data.
